Is the building smoke-free?

A: Yes CARADCO Lofts | Schmid Innovation Center is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building including lofts, patios, and decks. Nor is smoking allowed in any shared spaces, including the courtyard.

 

What is the pet policy?

A: CARADCO Lofts does not accept pets of any kind.

 

Is subletting allowed?

A: No.

 

Will there be parking available?

A: All apartments receive one off-street parking pass included with their rent.

 

What utilities are included in the rent?

A: Water, sewage, garbage, and one off-street parking space. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and cable/internet/phone options.

 

What community amenities are available to all residents?

A: Community amenities include: Fitness Room, Community Room, two decks overlooking the Courtyard that are equipped with grills, trash/recyling shutes, dry cleaning pick up/drop off, bike storage.
